Saying that, our room was very clean and cleaned/fresh towels on everyday. There was entertainment on all day if you wanted to stay in the hotel and lots to do for the children. "Had to take an overnight stop before a morning flight from Girona airport, so a hotel closeby was a must. Booked this hotel through Expedia along with my flight, and it couldn't be better. Everything was spotless, the staff were superb, the room was large and well-appointed. Most hotels I stay in have one common 'fault' - a double room with only one chair! This place had 2 chairs, and a table, and another chair behind the desk. I arrived early so had a quick drink at the bar while my room was finished - €3.50 for a large cold beer... yes! The pool was cool and clean, with a pool bar open all day until late, and we also had a gym and sauna, which we were allowed to use free for the first hour. Food was delicious and not too pricy, and although we were only 5 minutes drive from the airport (using the free airport shuttle) there was very little, if any, aircraft noise sat out by the pool. All in all, an absolute bargain at £88 a night, including the marvellous breakfast! Next time I fly to/from Girona I'll be arriving a day early to have another stay. Thoroughly recommended."
