"Lovely hotel in a quiet area few minutes walk from the centre and the beach. Amazing food and lovely staff, the hotel is run really well. The rooms are quite basic but the mattress are very comfortable and the water pressure is great. Drinks and food at the hotel is nicely priced. There's a free car park 10 minutes walk away which was great as parking is not easy around the hotel. You have to pay to use the safe and have a fridge no kettle in the room. We'll be back soon...Great holiday!!!"

"Pros: It's a pretty impressive place. Great location. Step out behind the hotel and there's a 2 mile strip of nonstop hotels, food, outdoor carnival, etc. The beach is a short 7-10 minute walk away. Extremely family-friendly. It's lots to do, but you need to ask the front desk about nighly activities, board and card games available, and neabrby attractions. Cons: the food was a hit or miss. "This hotel is well located near the beach and centre of Pineda. It is clean and even in peak season there was room to spread out so it didn't feel cramped. The all inclusive lunch and dinner were good and varied. Breakfast and snack were a bit more simple but sufficient. There were lots of young children and we found it a bit less suitable for our teenager. Generally we enjoyed our stay here. The staff try their best to help and are friendly."

"We spent 8 nights here on the half-board package (room, breakfast, and dinner), and it was a really nice family stay. The hotel is huge but clean, with two pools; a quiet one for just relaxing and a lively main one with water games, competitions, and an Aqua Park with slides for both kids and adults. The rooms are clean everyday and you can leave your towels on the floor if you want them changed. We were lucky that our room was on the 8th floor with a full pool, beach, and mountain view, which looked incredible at night. There’s so much to do here: a playground, tennis, football and basketball courts, yoga classes, kids’ shows, and live performances at night. One thing to plan around is the pool bed situation; people start reserving spots by 8am at the main pool, so if you’re not out early you’ll struggle to find one, and the entrance to the quiet pool doesn’t even open until 9am. The buffet food was decent; we liked the fresh omelettes and sunny side up eggs in the morning, plus the warm and cold veggies, cheeses, and cold cuts, though the desserts weren’t really our thing. Tap and sparkling water are included with meals, but pops and wine are extra. A few small downsides: with only 3 main elevators for a hotel this size, one broke down for a couple of days during our stay and it made getting up to the higher floors a real hassle. Also, if you’re flying in without a beach umbrella, it would be nice if the hotel rented those the same as towels (€10 deposit)."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. Very close to the beach. Staff at the bar was super friendly. Good ambience at the evening shows. I enjoyed the evening buffets very much. However the morning coffee from the machine was awful, please upgrade that if you can."
