"I booked this holiday last minute and was expecting the worst however I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in block 2 and the building and rooms are in need of some TLC. Saying that, our room was very clean and cleaned/fresh towels on everyday. There was entertainment on all day if you wanted to stay in the hotel and lots to do for the children. "Very nice hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel was a bit further out from town but trams were easy to get to. The facilities were amazing however the only downfalls were that the spa wasn’t yet open and they didn’t have enough sunbeds so we couldnt get one in the afternoon.
