"Staying at Faith Accommodation was pleasant. So pleasant that I upgraded my room and extended my stay. I stayed in the Double room first, then the Triple room. The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in. "We loved our stay at Sinilei. The staff are lovely, fun and always eager to please. Dinners at the restaurant were beautiful and there are two other resorts nearby whose restaurants can also be visited if you want a change. The room was very clean and serviced daily and the bed was very comfortable. The gardens are super impressive: the grounds staff do an excellent job of maintaining the lawns and gardens. We were a group of 6, so opted to use a local taxi service to visit local attractions rather than hotel based tours; I highly recommend Sam and his brother Mari who were reliable and safety conscious and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience ( Sam even snorkelled with us to make sure we accessed the best spots). These taxi drivers can be contacted through Reception at Sinalei. The only thing I would criticise about the resort is that they need more sunlounges around the pool and on the beach, as there were multiple days when we couldn’t get a sun lounge to relax on. Oh…and be sure to book a massage- they are heavenly!!"

"Loved our stay but it was very hard to get the housekeepers in to clean or change our sheets. We were there for 15days but only got them to change our sheets twice. I have to keep reminding them but by the time we get back to the hotel, our room was at the state we left it. There was only 3 rooms were occupied that includes us but the housekeepers were nowhere. The property itself it’s beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast options were ok, I mostly had the pawpaw and fresh coconut pieces, Samoan pancakes yummy. Friendly lady at the breakfast area (server), she was very nice and holds conversations well. Apparently she’s been there for 19yrs since they opened. Most of the staff are friendly but never get to have conversations or chat with guests they only have conversations with each other. The property doesn’t have a sign out the front (on the road) so we got lost on our arrival especially in the early hours or during the night (pitch dark). I wish I knew that Google maps works in Samoa now😅."

"Lita the owner was in every way shape and form an incredibly gracious host. We arrived exhausted and burnt out after trekking in from Aufaga and we were at our lowest when she greeted us happily and after looking over our reservations, getting our rooms was no hassle at all. Lita even upgraded my room to an aircon room free of charge just because. She was so kind. There was one day I had to walk up the hill because our rental car couldn't handle the weight of 3 of us and our luggage and she stopped on her way to town, turned around, picked me up in her car and drove me back up the hill no questions asked. She saw how exhausted i was and like a literal angel rescued me again lol. Their laundry service was such a blessing as we didn't have a ton of time on our hands to run into town and do it ourselves but her staff handled it and got all my items back to me clean and ready to go in no time. If it's up to me I will come back and stay here every single time I am in Apia for any future visits. Nothing beats coming back at the end of a long day out in the heat and hustle and bustle and having a clean safe room to rest and recharge in 💯 P.S you really CANNOT beat the view from the deck or the beautiful waterfall you can swim near. This place is paradise ✨️ 😍"
