"What a great time! Great staff, fun facility and god the view was great. Did the infinity pool at night and I was the only one in there. Not sure why. Probably a rarity but it was sooo serene. Highly recommend. The golf course is a challenging executive course. Well, at least it was challenging for me. "

"we arrived at 6 in the afternoon and waited at the gate for 1 hour for them to find the reservations, then to our surprise we found ourselves in an rbnb room (no one informed us about it) locked, we waited 1 hour for them to contact the representative and unlock the door .I asked to meet the manager but he never showed up. At 8.30 in the evening they sent me an e-mail that my room is 303A and rules that I had to accept as well as that they didn't offer towels and toiletries. (I think I should have been informed before for these and not after I paid)Also from your side you forwarded an e-mail that more or less threatened me that if I don't accept what they are giving me I will be sanctioned. I had the room booked for two days and I left at one. I would like you, Expedia, to apologize on the matter and also to take steps to remedy the injustices that have caused me and my family trouble"
