"First of all the staff was fantastic! They were very nice and helpful. Ok, the location was perfect and the rooms were big soooo clean. Even if it was close all the shops you barely hear anything from the rooms. Strong AC! Beach was just across from the hotel and the port was so close as well. We will definitely come back here."

"Property was very clean, bed very comfortable and staff very helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a view of the beach. Property was very close to beach and tons of restaurants, the only issue I had was hotel was not very accessible as it is right off a main rd and nowhere to park to bring in your luggage or check in. You either need to carry your luggage a block away or take a cab just to check in. Knowing that now I would have planned better it it was beautiful I would highly recommend."

"The hotel is amazing! One minute walk to the bus stop/taxi stand, so transportation is super easy (not always the case on the Amalfi Coast), and the views are incredible. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly (they even had a Ravello Music Festival ticket for the sunrise concert), the breakfast is delicious, the servers are wonderful, and the choices are endless (even fresh citrus to make your own fresh-squeezed juice), and the pool is a delightful place to relax and/or get some work done while overlooking the sea."

"IDEAL location next to the marian which is important for all boats, ferries, etc. Great facilities, super staff. The food and drinks were very good. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel for visit. Luxury remodeled bathrooms and gorgeous views of the coastline and town from the room."

"Before arriving the communication was excellent as this a unique property located in the quieter part of town ( still only takes a five minute walk to the main plaza)! If you have lots of luggage bigger than a small roller, I suggest requesting a golf cart porter at the port or you can ask Villa Lara to arrange for you. You the get a fun ride with your luggage to the front gate. Still a few stairs but there is an elevator/ lift built into the rocks that take you way up to the property. A few more stairs and you are there. Porter cost us 40 euros with 4 cases and 4 people. Worth it!! Now the property and staff are wonderful! Our room was ready and was a quad room upstairs. Had everything we needed. The windows are in the ceiling and our room had a view of the sea! Tidy room and was super clean and comfy. Bathroom was well equipped. Breakfast was served in the open room and terrace that is shown on the description. Wonderful views. Breakfast says cooked to order but is also buffet style so lots of choice between eggs, meats, fruits, cereal, and assorted pastries each morning. Excellent fresh brewed coffees and a juice machine. We were very happy with our stay and the staff helped us with arrangements for the beach. Bonus, the juice/water machine is complimentary at all hours. There is a 24hrs front desk host. Fabulous stay!"
