The room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and very helpful and the location was easy to walk or explore. We will be staying here again when we visit Madrid. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Little gem
We are a couple travelling with our English setter from Bilbao ferry, travelling through to Portugal.It was great stay in this hotel. It's incredible value, the beds are comfortable the shower was powerful and the staff spoke English. Staff were very accommodating with our dog in the restaurant for ...

Good value old school hostal
Pleasant, central, quiet, kindly let me arrange self-service breakfast at 7am (normally 9). Room a bit small (ditto bath) but excellent value for money. Excellent place to stay walking the Ruta Teresiana.
