"This property was fantastic ! Wish we stayed longer ! I didn't yet get to use the gym and exercise facilities. My only criticism would be the bar seating. We were waiting for a table and twice people came and cut in front of us and took the table. They should be a better way of doing this."

"I loved the beauty of the gardens. The restaurants are very good and the staff is so friendly and accommodating The Camelback has my soul. I wish you would change the reservation policy at the pool, especially the adult pool. All the chairs were marked reserved but no one was using them. Smoke Tree Resort and Bungalows
2.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (74)
"First off, Expedia should not even have this on their site. Apparently when you pay for the room through Expedia they do not process it completely and send it to the hotel. So then the hotel charges you whatever they want. You must give them a credit card at arrival. Second off, the staff is rude and unhelpful. Thirdly, the rooms are OLD!!!! They are a concrete cell basically. This was an all around BAD experience. "
