On our last evening we enjoyed an excellent and memorable dinner prepared by Nancy. The hotel is a short walk away from the lively town square of Maussane with some welcoming restaurants and open-air dining. On Sunday May 19th we watched a delightful display of local horse-riding skills in the town centre."

The 1784 building is beautifully designed and restored. Attention to detail, love and grace abound. Breakfast is delicious with fresh breads and croissants, homemade jams, fresh fruit and wonderful French cheeses. The grounds are lovely, even in early spring.
