"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and incredibly quiet, breakfast offerings are extensive and excellent and coffee and tea service is available 24/7. I plan on staying there again in December."

"The man who checked us in, Brian, was so sweet and helpful. The room was fine and it was inexpensive but in retrospect I wish I would have stayed in a hotel a short walk to Emeryville Amtrak station because the neighborhood was intimidating. We had no problems but I wouldn’t stay there again. "
