"Spacious room, friendly staff and excellent location! We arrived at the hotel three hours before check-in, intending to drop off our bags and explore Geneva. To our surprise, the receptionist told us our room was ready and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge! The room was very spacious, with an entrance area, bathroom and a large main room featuring a king-size bed, comfortable seating, a table and chairs, a breakfast bar and plenty of storage. Tucked away at the far end was a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge and hob, which was incredibly useful. Breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of hot and cold food, a drinks machine and various juices. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and public transport links, making it easy to explore Geneva. Another great bonus was the free Geneva Transport Card provided by the hotel, allowing us to use local buses, trains and boats within the covered area. This was extremely useful and saved us money! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva."

"This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!) The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône. This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel."
