"The room was small but functional - okay for one person but might have been tight for 2, with little privacy in the bathroom. The terrace was incredible - really liked it. Could have done with a few basic things like glasses/cups. Great location"

"Breakfast was very good, only issue was the air conditioning, was not on when we checked in and there were no instruction how to turn it on. The last day one of the cleaning staff instructed me how to turn on. Too bad we weren’t instructed a few days before would have really improved our stay. Be careful of the cab drivers, we had the hotel staff call us a cab for 12 noon to take us to the cruise port and when we got into the cab, I noticed that the metre had been running and was already at nine dollars. I just made the assumption that it was a fee to go to the cruise port, but when we ended up at the cruise port, he shut the metre off and added the fee so basically he charged us for sitting there waiting even though he was early and we came out before our scheduled time of noon. Just be careful"

"Great location across from Ciutadella Park and a short walk from the Arc de Triomf metro station. Stylish lobby and rooftop deck. No fridge or coffee maker in the room (they want you to do the breakfast buffet and buy drinks at the bar). Not sure it was worth the price for a tiny room with no view (and no amenities) but I booked during peak season (September) and this was the best deal I could find at the time."
