"We were greeted by two friendly staff members. They were helpful directing us where to go to find a boat cruise and good places for dinner. We were pleased with the ocean view from our room. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was well located to the beach, shopping as well as restaurants. "

"The receptionist was very pleasant and we were able to securely park our motorbikes and leave protective clothing and bags at noon. We returned later to check in properly and everything went well. The room is comfortable, the bed huge and the roof terrasse stunning. Slight downsides were the quality of the toilet paper and tissues and exterior noises from 6am (we were on the ground floor) Pleasing things were the soft bedding, proper coffee machine, real water glasses and coffee cups and convenient location. "

"Breakfast was ok, had a few different options and enough to keep you going. All fresh! Room was big enough for the 3 of us, but would have liked to have amenities to make a hot drink, however didn’t realise this wasn’t available in the family room we were given. "

"You need to have a car to drive into Arcachon and the surrounding bay as there's nothing in walking distance. But if you have a car - this is perfect. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free parking. Excellent."
