"My mum and I had the most wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and kind, the room was lovely - the beds super comfy. Fabulous location very near the shops and cathedral. Breakfast gorgeous - so much choice. Spotlessly clean. Recommend a day trip to Soller - its 45 minutes away and you won't be disappointed."

"Always a very warm welcome at this hotel, we have stayed here many times. It’s particularly lovely at Christmas, it was a shame to see the restaurant empty however, we were going to eat there on a few occasions but it was always empty and there were no serving staff present, kitchen didn’t look like it was open- it lacked atmosphere I just guess it’s low season and not busy enough to warrant opening. This is just something to bear in mind when staying out of season/ December time. "

"It was an incredible stay. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Service was superb and everyone was incredibly helpful. I would totally recommend everyone this hotel in Palma. Location was very convinient to the old town and many good restaurants. "
