"Great location and one of the nicest atmospheres in a hotel we’ve come across! Very impressed overall, we did stay at the deluxe/ premium and it was a bit smaller than pictured, the bathroom is aesthetic but not closed off fully from the bedroom. Wish there was more closet space and seemed to get very dusty quickly. Parking is difficult as you cannot access via car / van thru the narrow alley and must park at garage. Huge shoutout to Rafa, Jose, and the turn down service cleaning lady! They made a wonderful impression."

"We had a great stay at Es Princep and will return someday. The beautifully-designed Es Princep is located within walking distance to all of the incredible sights of the old city of Palma. This is important to note as we discovered it was faster to walk (8-12 minutes) than wait 5 minutes for a taxi (8 Euros). We were consistently greeted and served by an excellent front-desk team. They helped us to: plan our sightseeing trips, get our car from the garage, obtain tickets to the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Palma (Gaudi’s modifications), and recommended excellent local restaurants. Additionally, the food and staff in their delicious breakfast buffet were top notch. As was the housekeeping staff who were all hardworking and friendly."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel and would recommend it! It was pricey, but felt worth it. We felt very safe, the hotel was very clean, and this was in a wonderful area. There is a great rooftop with a jacuzzi tub and chairs to lay out. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs, which do get quite busy in the evening. It can get loud outdoors in the evening, but you're in Palma... you're probably awake anyway! I'd expect that in any real city. The gentlemen at the front desk were always extremely helpful and warm. They helped answer any questions we had and helped us get taxis when we needed them. The rooms were a nice size with good amenities as well. We had a great stay and would recommend!"

"Room nice and spacious, clean and modern. Air conditioned rooms that actually work. Nice big shower. Second time at the hotel and as impressed as we were the first time. Marked down a star just because the bar didn’t seem to be open. Breakfast was really good. Location is excellent. Really peaceful hotel but minutes from lively areas."

"We absolutely loved our stay here at Posada Terra Santa! The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A great hotel for a stay in Palma - a 10 mins walk to the centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The facilities are modest but a great addition, a pool on the roof and a gym and suana/ spa in the basement. There is parking here too. The breakfast was great, fresh and wide choice and the restaurent was well regarded - but we did not use it. The staff were ll lovely and and very helpful. Would stay again"
