We honestly love the Horseshoe, I’ve stayed there three times and also when it was Bally’s. So four total.. This time was still good, employees were nice and room was clean EXCEPT our AC barely worked and smelt moldy… after day 3 my throat and tonsils were swollen and I read online that moldy AC can be the culprit. The day I got home it all cleared up. I’m 100% convinced the moldy AC got me sick. It gradually got worse the longer we stayed. Not to mention it didn’t stay cool. We had to keep turning it on and it was 105+ outside.. otherwise we’re happy with Horseshoe…

Pool very small and the service at the pool area very very slow. Rented a daybed an only once the staff bother to stop an ask if we needed anything. Ended up walking my self to the bar ordering and carrying my own drinks and food. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOL. Hostess at Cafe Americano provided terrible service. People always waiting in line when they were plenty of open tables. Ended up seating my ourselves at the bar.
