"Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été effectué au préalable avant notre arrivée. En effet, la tête de lit rempli de poussières, les draps et oreillers du lit présentaient des tâches comme du fond de teint (traces de couleur marron sur des oreillers et draps de couleur blanc), le drap house présentait des tâches, le coussin de décoration posé sur lit présentait d'horribles tâches, comme jamais lavé, dégoutant. Concernant, la partie sdb, la douche présentait des moisissures et du tarte partout...
