Découverte de Paris en famille pour la deuxième fois en logeant dans cette location, bien située dans un quartier vivant Deux bémols le parking et les difficiles accès à INTERNET Merci

good hotel if it's not too hot outside

We were 5 altogether, 3 adults and 2 kids. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, 1 full and the other a 2-piece so this was very convenient. The contact person who let us in was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to enter and leave, all instructions were basic and clear. Washer, dryer and dishwasher included. Great location except... It was very hot. There is no airconditioning, no bathroom fans. This definitely made the experience less enjoyable. We were constantly lacking air. Had to sleep with the windows open, but because of the street noise, it felt like we were sleeping in the traffic. The nights we had there were definitely not restful. Overall, it is a great place, but I would not recommend staying here if it is during hot weather.

um ótimo apartamento, grande e espaçoso, wifi funciona de forma parcial, localização de acesso próximo ao metrô,entendo que mesmo sendo o atendimento cordial por parte do atendente Mário que falou em português, deveria haver um modo de contato inicial para marcação de datas apenas por email e facilidade no depósito para garantia de problemas com o apartamento

Dette er ikke ett hotell. Leiligheten er stor og helt OK, men ligger i en bygård med andre beboere. Nøkkel ble levert av en hyggelig person som kunne mye om Paris. Vi reiste med tre barn og størrelsen var derfor ypperlig for oss. Flott beliggenhet med tanke på avstand til Montmarte.Renhold var så som så. Rester av diverse såper i dusj og mat i kjøleskap etter tidligere beboere. Har purret opp depositum på 400 euro, men har ikke fått svar.

I would never stay here again

The locations was good, right by a metro, but it was a sketchy neighborhood. People were screaming until 3 a.m. in the morning. It was quite scary and impossible to go to sleep. The place had 2 bathrooms, but in the second bathroom there was a hand-made sign saying not use the toilet because it disturbed the neighbor upstairs when people flushed it. When I'm paying that much to stay in an old apartment per night, I would expect to at least have full use of the facilities. Also, I thought the security deposit was quite hefty and it took them over a week to credit it back. But they were pretty prompt to charge it. We stayed in 5 other apartments in Europe, and this was was on of our least favorite ones. Also our flight got cancelled due to weather. I asked if we could get some sort of discount, but they said no, maybe the owner would give me a discount for next time. I will never stay there again, neither would I recommend it to anybody. I have booked with hotels.com for years, but we were very disappointed with this place.

Very nice apartment

The apartment itself was very nice and very spacious. It was on a quaint little street with a beautiful facade. Each room had its own private balcony and all were indicative of the time frame in which the building was constructed. The apartment's location was a little distant from the main tourist attractions but they were easily accessible by metro. There was also a Convenient McDonald's just down the block. The only negative aspect we found, besides the mixup on having the apartment ready for us and our having to hang out on the sidewalk for several hours, was the noise at night. We had to shut the balcony windows each night in order to sleep because the street noise was very loud; there were a lot of people carrying on and the main traffic vein was just down the block. The motorcycles all seem to want to show off how fast they can take off and how loud they can be :-). Otherwise, it was a perfect choice and I would recommend to anyone.

A lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful and close to the metro and other places we wanted to visit. The apartment gave us such an idea of what Paris living is like. It was clean and the owners went out their way to make sure each member of our family was comfortable.

El lugar es accesible, tiene parada de buses y de metro muy cerca, con un par de supermercados. El apartamento cuenta con los requerimientos básicos para la estancia. Se recomienda habilitar el inodoro que está descompuesto.

Apartment Arlette, Paris

Arlette er en privat og hyggelig pariser lejlighed. God plads, køkken med alle faciliteter og et dejligt kvarter. Man bliver mødt af en venlig "vicevært", der på et forståeligt engelsk forklarer, hvad der er at vide. Eneste MINUS er et meget stort depositum på 400 Euro, som betales forud. Vi har været hjemme nu i 2 uger efter opholdet og har intet hørt om tilbagebetaling trods henvendelser til udlejningsbureauet. Håber der snart dukker nogle penge op!!!

Charmerende lejlighed i det autentiske Monmatra

Lejligheden var rummelig, 3 stuer en-suite, portieren ku dog ikke engelsk, men var rar og hjælpsom. Der var ialt 3 dobbeltsenge i hver sin stue. Nyt toilet og fin bruser. Køkken med fuldt udstyr. Et yderst tilpas kvarter for en børnefam. med 3 min.s gang til metro og 25 min. gang til Sacre-Coeur. Et lidt højt depositum som vi endnu ikke har modtaget tilbage!...
