une chambre toute petite avec une salle de bain exiguë. Chambre exposée cÎté rue trÚs bruyante. Nous avons trÚs mal dormis avec une chaleur étouffante. Rien ne correspond au descriptif de l hÎtel. Amoinmomoins que ça soit le fait de passer par expédia et d avoir payé la chambre moins chÚre ?

Weird hotel where they confiscate your room swipe card EVERY day. You are not allowed to take the swipe card of your own room with you! The main aim of the front-desk staff appears to be to police such swipe keys and not really to provide any service

Petit hĂŽtel sympa pour la nuit.

Classique petit hotel parisien avec ascenseur,,dans un batiment ancien,propre,rue tranquille,à 5 minutes à pied de la gare sncf,personnel sympathique.Quelques notes moins positives:pas de plateau café et de wifi,petitdéjeuner à réserver la veille,petit bruit sourd d'une clim ou de machinerie,pour notre chambre au 6Úme située prÚs de l'ascenseur. Mais on a le choix d'autres hÎtels haut de gamme...

Quand je suis arrivĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽtel celui-ci Ă©tait fermĂ©. Pas de concierge. J'ai appelĂ© le service client de hĂŽtel.com, qui a voulu me faire payer pour une autre chambre Je trouve cela abusif J'ai dois donc passer la nuit dehors (et il pleut) J espĂšre que cette chambre ne va pas m ĂȘtre facturĂ©e. Sinon je vais engager tous les recours possibles.

gentillesse et disponibilité

Non seulement j'ai Ă©tĂ© surclassĂ©e, mais on m'a attribuĂ©e l'une des chambres les plus calmes (et peut-ĂȘtre les plus chaudes, car tout en haut). Et on a gardĂ© mes bagages dans un coin discret, mĂȘme aprĂšs que j'ai laissĂ© ma chambre : impossible de les prendre dans les musĂ©es (plan Vigipirate) et au restau (pas de place). Cela m'a Ă©vitĂ© de me battre avec un automate dans ma gare pour le retour, un surcoĂ»t Ă  mon sĂ©jour Ă  Paris ( la moindre boisson y atteint des sommets ) et une perte de temps.

Prachtig uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren en de tour de Montparnasse. Lekker balkonnetje. Upgrade gekregen naar een ruimere kamer. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

je ne recommande pas l'hĂŽtel AROTEL

en fait je n'ai pas couchĂ© dans l'hĂŽtel car complet et ils m'ont rĂ©servĂ© une chambre dans l'hĂŽtel Arotel, donc la notation est pour cet hĂŽtel, les points positifs de cet hĂŽtel, l'accueil, la taille de la chambre, et de la salle de bain, les points nĂ©gatifs il est bruyant, mauvaise isolation des fenĂȘtres et le petit dĂ©jeuner et trop rĂ©duit, le prix pour le coĂ»t est Ă©levĂ©.
