My stay was fine, staff were nice, Hotel location is great, cleanliness not much! Clear bag in shower was there for 3 days! Same bed sheets with coffee stain on it was left all time during my stay, so bed sheets were not changed for 4 nights which was disappointing! Outside our room on 3rd floor gets so noisy in the morning we couldn’t sleep past 6am!

Stayed for two nights over a weekend. Hotel perfectly located for shopping and in a nice district minutes away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely bistros within easy walk and great service from everyone at the hotel. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and bed was super comfy. Would recommend to family and friends

Centrally located to get to many iconic places. Staff always friendly. Room always clean. Breakfast croissants could have been better, they weren’t crispy however many other options and coffee was good but if you are looking for a nice parisien croissant they are lacking in that.

Location, location, location!! One block away from Champs-Élysées and literally down the street to the Louis Vuitton store. Hotel was beautiful and elegant and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful and quite large for Paris standards. We also had a cute little balcony to look over the beautiful view while having breakfast. Restaurant in hotel was five star and room service was excellent. Breakfast had a huge variety. You can also walk to Eiffel Tower. Overall was very happy and would highly recommend this hotel. One small issue was you can hear your neighbours.

We had a great stay at Hotel Chateau Frontenac. Staff was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. They assisted us with our transportation from/to the airport. The room was great, clean and updated - the towels were even heated! Will definitely go back! Thank you to the entire staff!

The Hotel is very well located, near a train station, Champs Elysee, Eiffel Tower and great cafes, bistros amd boulangerie (Cytil Lignac is just 3 blocks away and you can’t miss their croissants). The staff is great and the room was spacious and very confortable, with all expected amenities. I will go back to Chateau Frontenac when in Paris!

Rooms are typical size for Europe (meaning small by American standards). Very comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms & decor. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location 2 blocks off the Champs Elysees was great for dining options. Would stay again.
