Dear Orna,We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we are puzzled by your comment, as all our facilities are listed in the hotel description and, when you booked, you should have seen that there was no fridge, no coffee maker (but a kettle), no safe in the room (but at reception) and no TV (we will never have TV and that is our choice).As regards free bottled water, there is a law according to which from January 1, 2021, the free distribution of plastic bottles containing beverages in establishments open to the public and on business premises has been abolished. Our guests can either buy bottled water or use water in self-service jars we provide in the garden or at the reception.
