The only person with courtesy in the front desk is the girl from Gana . The bathroom in the Room is not comfortable, the shower door is broken and not close properly. We have pics for this . The breakfast is included and es minimum the options . This hotel do not offers any upgrade for our gold status with Expedia and VIP peoples .

Very small rooms, not as shown in photos, they had smart TVs but they were not connected so could not use Comcast or access Netflix, twin beds were super twins, narrower than normal twin size.

Great place to stay! The location was perfect, the staff super helpful and accommodating & the rooms were really nice. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my trip and both had INCREDIBLE views of the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Paris. If you are sensitive to noise, the train station is across the street. It was incredibly convenient for us but you can hear a but of train noise throughout the night. It was definitely worth it considering the views and proximity to the train though.

The property is located in a very good spot 2 min walk to metro and plenty of dining options around. Only negative is theres no tea of coffee facilities within the room though the reception did provide a kettle.

Nice, old hotel, friendly staff. Wishing coffee came free with the stay, and enough coffee mugs are available for all staff. We had to share and wait and skip coffee because of this.

The breakfast for 15 Euros was delightful. The kitchen attendant, Jun, joyfully greeted us each morning and kept the breakfast offering fresh and inviting. Jessica at the front desk is a gem.

The rooms are small even for Paris. The electric access was down to one outlet. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and the rooms size we had was generous. I wish there were more toiletries. There was a dispenser in the shower with shampoo but no conditioner or body wash. There were small bars of soap but no lotion. There were bath and hand towels but no face towels

There was no kettle and water in the room. The guy in the dining area was friendly at first, however, he became rude and mean. He offered omellette to others except us. He complained if guests would come for breakfast at 7:30 am. Ofcourse we would come 7:30 am because we were told we can come by 7:30 am. Will not go back here anymore.

Hotel was decent. Bedroom and bathroom were decent condition. Felt very cramped in the room. Some hotel staff were very nice, some were very very rude. Check out was around 11am and flight was around 7pm and asked if we could leave 1 bag in the luggage room and was told to pay extra for that in cash (won’t take card). First time I’ve ever heard that and that was absolutely ridiculous for asking a customer after their visit to pay to leave the bag in the ‘luggage room’. Hotel was decent but if asked to book again then I wouldn’t.

Staff were helpful and property as a whole was lovely! Only stayed for one night, unfortunately the plugs in the room didn’t work nor did the lamps on either side of the bed which was annoying- luckily bought portable chargers otherwise we’d be screwed with charging our phones! Would stay again if could use plugs and lights worked

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and nice. Room was small but I expected that. Looks like the pictures which is always a pleasant surprise. Amazing location, right across the street is the subway and they had a fresh market underneath it. Walked to Eiffel Tower in 10 minutes with lots of lovely shops and restaurants ialong the way. Michilan star chef in quaint restaurant right around the corner. I will definitely return next time I’m in Paris! Reasonable prices as well for staying over new years holiday. Bonne Année!

Overall less than average stay. We spent NYE in Paris, so stayed here for 3 nights. The stay itself was decent. Room had basic amenities, such as bed sheets, tv, hair dryer, and towels. We had to request soap multiple times before receiving. There is nothing special we can highlight about this hotel other than its location. Lots of good food nearby and very close to the Eiffel Tower as well as the Dupleix metro station being right outside. When we first arrived, the front desk woman asked us to wait while she got things ready, which was fine. Moments later another couple came to the desk to check out. Apparently there was a misunderstanding about where to store their luggage for the day, because they mentioned to the front desk woman they put their luggage near the kitchen. The front desk woman completely lost her cool and just started yelling at the couple and asking why they would do that and kept yelling “no! You are supposed to come to me and ask me!” The poor couple was apologetic and were trying to be nice to her and said they would go get their luggage. Then the front desk lady said they had to pay to store their luggage. So the couple asked if they could pay with credit card, and again, the front desk lady yelled at them “no! It’s cash only!” And kept trying to make them feel dumb for the misunderstanding, constantly questioning and being rude. Would comment a whole lot more on the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff but cannot due to word limit.

I liked the property. It was the most affordable ones around Eiffle tower. It's very small but functional. Location is perfect transportation-wise, as the metro station is just right across from the hotel. If all you need is a place to lay down and get about your day, then this is the one, but if you are going to be spending more time in the hotel, then definitely pay up and look for something bigger. And as a bonus, they have an elevator:))

Stay away from this hotel. Room is very small. Guest are not allowed to bring food from outside to eat in their tiny lunch room and above all the lady in the reception was very rude though the asian guy who checked us in was polite and there is extra fee when you check in.

This accommodation was very poor in that it was not wheelchair accessible and the beds (3in one room) were so tight it was difficult to move around and the lighting was poor. We did not stay there because of these problems and instead found an Air B & B which was much better. I would not recommend this place for anyone like myself in a wheelchair/
