Loved the location. The bed was hard, the shower leaked all over the floor but the view from the bedroom was so lovely. Staff was super helpful and hotel was clean. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast at the hotel. They left us a nice card and some macarons to celebrate our anniversary which was very kind. We would definitely return in the future.

Incredibly comfortable beds, great A/C during a heat wave, cool decor and I liked the subtle scents of all the bath products. It was nice to have a window to open and to have plenty of shelf space for two people. An especial mention to everyone on staff here: we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We hope to return soon!

Very small room. The building itself wasn’t very clean especially the hallways and such but the rooms were fine and they were serviced daily so that was nice. The location is pretty nice because it’s well connected to trains and many buses and there’s some of the more popular restaurants on nearby but since they are far away from tourist stops they are usually not too busy. We never had to wait to get a seat anywhere. The AC in hotel worked well enough for the heatwave. Probably would not stay again because of how small it was but it was overall a nice place.

The Deluxe room that we had was very spacious and clean. Room was made up nicely every morning. We were able to open the windows overlooking the city street. A/C worked well. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was good. It wasn't far from the metro station. Places to eat were within walking distance. My only complaint would be that the hallway was a little dingy looking. Overall it was a very nice experience.

This hotel was beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the shower had great temperature and water pressure. The hair dryer overheated and wouldn’t work, we only used it on the last night and did not talk to the staff about it. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was not particularly loud and we were unsure of what it was until we opened the door to the room. It was a false alarm and the staff member was not able to get it turned off quickly once realizing it was not an emergency.
