Highly recommend this hotel in the Madeleine area! Over the two days in Paris, I walked everywhere. There are a couple of cute cafes steps away from the hotel. I will definitely come back!

The hotel itself is nice, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was very clean and served it’s purpose (first leg of trip in Paris). The hotel is located away from the super congested areas, but is close enough to walk to points of interest. The only drawback was some plumbing issues - the shower’s temperature mixer was not working, so our first 2 showers were scalding hot, that was fixed the 2nd day after our arrival. On the second day, the toilet flushing mechanism became stuck in the afternoon and no one was on site to fix it until the next day - so we spent the night with a toilet that was constantly flushing and no valve in the bathroom to turn that off, which made for a somewhat unpleasant sleep. (Note - the desk staff did come to investigate it, but wasn’t able to do anything about it.)

Very pleasant stay in Paris
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were excellent, the hotel staff was wonderful and we loved the location. Will stay here again in the future.

This hotel is great finding. I loved the location, I think it’s unbeatable. The staff is super nice and friendly. At the moment of checking in we got a free room upgraded, so that was awesome. The installations are super nice and cute. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel though, so I cannot comment about it. We preferred to go out into the city for our meals. When km back in Paris I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

From the moment my daughter and I walked through the door, Emma greated us with a big welcome smile ! She was very helpful and informative ,as was all the staff( guy at night) .The hotel had upgrated us too . The room felt beautiful and luxurious. I have already recommended it to my friends .

We loved our stay here. All renovated, staff was fantastic, booked our tours to Eiffel top and Louvre Museum, gives directions to go, just very helpful! They all speak english! Excellent location, walking distance to the metro, 2 block from the Pera House and Laffayette Gallery. I'll be back here!

Excellent boutique hotel in the best aerea of Paris. Great for couples. They have options of bigger beds so that is a plus. Everything was new, clean, and great quality. Staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful, especially Nina. We had a great experience and fully recommended it!!

The hotel is a great. Good service, fantastic room. I was on the first floor, and could hear the sound of the metro beneath which was unexpected. Maybe higher floors might not suffer from this

Great price for the quality. I liked the location as it is quiet and ideal to walk to different parts of Paris. Very close to Galaries Lafayette and the Opera. Not many food options nearby if you're staying for more than 5 days. Would stay here again for sure.

Location!
Hotel is located in a nice area. A lot of areas were in a walking distance. There were two stations walking distances to stations so it’s easier to take public transportation to other places. Airport bus was very close. Hotel was clean and comfy bed. Shower in a our room wasn’t draining so they came to fix it right away.

Great 3night stay, modern, clean. Very friendly staff. Metro station 1minute walk away and then 4min train to louvre. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. 7 or 8mins to eiffel tower. Great location in the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this Hotel is clean and it feels newly renovated rooms. Staff are very friendly and welcoming during Check- in. Breakfast room space is too small to accommodate guests during breakfast especially when it’s busy- however this had been mentioned during checking in. Room temperature can be challenging to keep it at comfortable level- I’ve noticed the thermo regulator looks need upgrading - portable heater was provided during our stay Elevator should have a swipe access ONLY for guests and staff- at present anyone can access elevator from the ground level- I fell this warrant a safety concern as a guest Otherwise overall feel is good during our stay

Disappointed the chair in my room was ripped there was a really dirty pillow on my bed the black lid that covers the door lock kept falling I asked for it to be fixed they never did.. bathroom was alright towels ok but the bathrobe was so overly used and old that the stitches were coming apart... really nice bed good sleep but they should definitely sound prof the rooms a little better you can hear everything that is going on outside. 4 star hotel I think not.
