We had a great stay in a Junior Suite. The kids slept on the pull out and the bed was really comfortable. We arrived early and they let us sit and drink coffee and hot chocolate while we waited for our room to be ready, which they arranged to have available for us ASAP. We were delighted to find we had a full bathtub, and the water pressure and temperature was amazing. There's a cute courtyard and everyone was really great. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Hotel
Stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The location is great with lots of places to eat and a supermarket a few yards away. The train and tram is just a few meters away that will take you to the center of Paris.Stayed in a family room and loved the layout like where two beds are separated by a door. Its like sleeping in a room with 2 rooms in it. Was happy that we would return at later in the day with our room being cleaned. Yes they cleaned the room everyday during our stay. Staff are also helpful and friendly. It is also within the budget and not very pricey. Our stay had been comfortable. Would have been more amazing if we had additional or larger tables especially for a family room with 4 guests. Overall it was great and would recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay. Staff was very helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Our room was a bit warm even with the heat off. But we opened a window no problem.

Very clean boutique hotel near the convention center. Plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite and close to the metro line to get anywhere in Paris you want to go.

Awesome weekend getaway!
Took a long weekend trip! What can we say… the hotel was GREAT! The room was great for our family of 4 and was directly beside the metro station. Plenty of good food options right around! The service staff was gracious enough to let us leave our stroller for our little one downstairs so we would not have to lug it back and forth from the room! All in all 5 out of 5 on our trip!

Pleasant value for money stay
Nice hotel, handy for Expo and Metro or tram. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Couple of quirky elements that scored down, large dent in the floor in our room, no shower curtain or shield but neither had a major impact.

Great location, steps from the trams, metro and Palais de Sports, Hotel was clean, although a little modernising of the room would be good. There was a loud rumble when in the room every 5 minutes or so during peak times - assume this was a train - but it didn’t effect my sleep or stay. Bathroom was nice and modern. Bedroom was super comfortable and loved the little Juliette balcony overlooking the courtyard. Nice communal areas to sit and watch the world go by while enjoying a cup of complimentary tea/coffee.

Perfect for attending events at Paris Expo
Small and well located hotel very close to Paris Expo center. Very convenient for access to the metro and probably the closest hotel to Paris Expo / Porte de Versailles. Rooms, while small, were well kept and had everything you would need. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is very close to the Porte de Versailles Métro stop at the edge of Paris. It was clean and well-kept. The tiny elevator and narrow corridor led to a very clean and tiny room with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom (shower) with plenty of hot water. My suitcase had to remain vertical or stay on the bed; there was no other place for it. The room would have been difficult for a couple. Reception staff were unfailingly charming and helpful

Clean, well-presented, good value, very convenient for Paris Expo. Lift was incredibly tiny (fits 3 small people!), and breakfast was not worth the money IMHO (continental only).

There isn’t air conditioning in this hotel which we were not aware of. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small.

Great find on Hotel.com
Very Friendly and helpful managers. Our room was quaint, very clean, quiet, and getting into Paris on the metro was easy. I would highly recommend this quite reasonably priced hotel.

I want my money Back
first off I am very disappointed in my stay. when I first checked in the host was very passive aggressive and I could tell she did not like Americans, She made a very poor taste in a joke saying that "you're okay , I don't need to check your passport, you're not a terrorist " I was highly offended but I smiled because wanted to relax and put my bags down. WAIT!!! There's more after I checked in and placed my bags in my room I stepped out for a couple hours thinking my room is secure and safe. When I came back my door keep wouldn't open to my room, comes to find they overbooked my room and there was other peoples belongings in that room I was so pist...... I would recommend staying here at ALL......

Hotel was satisfactory but a little noisy with the metro running underneath. I also had a power outage on two of the evenings. The location for me was good, close to the exhibition centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower had a small entrance which made it a little difficult to get in.
