The lovely room and bathroom were unfortunately spoilt by the heavily cracked glass table, cracked basin and toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. Our first morning, whilst my husband was showering the bathroom flooded into the bedroom. Fortunately I was in the room, grabbed towels to stem the flow. Needed more towels, quickly dressed to go to reception for help (no phone in room), en route to lift found a towel cupboard. The shower cubicle was flushed with the bathroom floor therefore the water seeped beneath the shower door. Reception said they’d look at the problem but the only solution was to leave us with a stack of towels so each day we placed a towel defense by the shower door. If alone this wouldn’t have been possible. We did not receive an apology. Otherwise this would have been a delightful hotel. Great position. If the flooding problem is sorted we would recommend this hotel.

Great location and lovely, helpful staff. WiFi in the family suite only worked in the lounge which was suboptimal but aside from that we had a great stay

My room was facing the outside terrace. I felt insane. The bathroom wall had a ripped. The room is extremely small. I heard noises outside and didn’t sleep well at all. I asked to change rooms and they said the hotel was all full.

This hotel is just wonderful. Very clean, quiet, modern and 'bougie". There is also the most adorable kitty-cat to welcome you! They were very kind, helpful, spoke wonderful English, and helped us with our bags both arriving and departing. We did order the Continental breakfast and while a fun treat, and on cute trays delivered each morning, it was a bit overpriced we felt and there wasn't the ability to mix the items.

Great location, attention and cleanliness. This was a family trip and we enjoyed our stay very much! The sofa bed is a little tight for two people but our daughters managed. We will definitely be back when in Paris! Thank you!

The location was amazing. About 10 minute walk to The Louve museum. The airport bus stops in Opera and around 6 mins to this hotel. The down side, area was regenerating so lots of building work. The hand wash was empty upon arrival, the toilet basin wasn’t cleaned to high standards. It was brown! The room was good size for 3 people.

Great spot! Love the hotel kitty, enjoyed coming home to him at the end of the day. The area is very nice, clean, pretty quiet and close to the metro. The balcony was nice but doesn't have a view. Staff was helpful and very attentive prior to my stay.

Great place to stay in Paris
Had a lovely time at Rayz, the beds were comfortable, the room was large. Loved the location- accessible to metro/bus or walking distance to a lot of the things I wanted to see/do. The hotel staff was friendly and communicative. Sent me emails to help coordinate airport transfer ahead of my departure. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone considering this location.

The Room is awesome and clean the staff are awesome , but you can not sleep after 8 AM because construction nearby The other thing is that this property is inside so no facing the street no any city view and they do not tell you They does not have any washing machine like they say .

Excellent staff, always available to support and help you with anything such as extra towels, shampoo, change in breakfast menu at the last minute. Staff was very courteous, attentive, extremely nice, gave us tips where to go eat etc. I am extremely happy we stayed at the Rayz-Vendome. I absolutely recommend it and will certainly stay there the next time we visit Paris.

Great location. Easy access from CDG by bus. Font staff and cleaning staff were very nice and polite. Clean and comfortable room comes with mini kitchen. Good sized closet was a good plus. I will stay here again when I come to Paris for sure.

El apartamento amplio, limpio y la ubicación excelente. Teníamos la reservación para 4 mujeres, llegamos un lunes a las 3:00 am, nosotras nos sabíamos que compartían la entrada con una discoteca. Nos sentimos inseguras, porque la foto que tienen del hotel no coincide con la entrada. Pero el taxista consultó al personal de seguridad que había de la discoteca y ellos nos confirmaron que era la misma entrada. El apartamento y la ubicación excelentes.

this is a modern, very tastefully made small hotel with every comfort you might wish for when in Paris. unlike small walk ups in old buildings with no AC this place gives the tourists the accommodations where you can feel like you are in a comfy studio apartment. it was 3 of us and we did not feel cramped in a small room with no place to put our belongings. we included breakfast in our stay and those fresh baguettes and croissants were to die for every morning fresh and warm! it’s not a 5 star plaza but if you want something clean, somewhat spacious and in the center this is the hotel for you. and don’t forget the staff that is helpful, polite and happy to see you. amazing cleaning staff. can’t be happier with our stay…

Pros: Hotel was well-situated and the staff was extremely friendly. We had a good sized room and the pastries for breakfast were delicious! Cons: Sofa bed was not comfortable. Plus, the water from the shower would leak out into the bedroom area.

Helpful, professional and polite staff. Spacious room with comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Great location near Opera. Quiet at night. There's a club next door but it wasn't too noisy and we didn't have a problem sleeping. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone travelling to Paris for leisure.

Always a pleasure, will be back next time.
This was our second stay at Rayz Vendome. The first was when I was pregnant and we returned now that my son is 6yo for his first visit to Paris. It was just as good this time as it was back in 2016. The location is ideal for those that like to do luxury shopping, the rooms are spacious and clean (comparatively to other hotels we've stayed in Paris), and the breakfast is excellent. I look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Likes: great apartment setting for my sisters and I. Nice to have a kitchen/living/balcony to hang around, without having to crowd into someone's room. Great location - 5-10 minutes walk to all the shopping. Local markets on every corner for all your snacking and drinking needs. Front desk is very responsive and accommodating. Dislikes: carpet needs to be cleaned - very strong odor once you get in the door of the apartment. Motion-activated lights in the hallway are not sensitive enough - pitch black when the elevator doors open, and you have to be standing within the hallway before they turn on - unsafe feeling.

Cute boutique hotel with great service. Rooms were clean and spacious with an awesome shower. Cognac the cat was sweet. So much nicer than a large chain hotel. And Ronald at the desk was super helpful. So glad I booked this hotel.

Really modern and clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the Clarins products - never smelled better. The hotel has very limited amenities for the price. Location is great but lots of construction nearby that starts on the earlier side.

Smellled like cigartes and found cigaret buds in the toilet. There was an after hour nightclub attached to the hotel and drunk loud people woke my kids up at night
