This property was incredible, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud which for us it’s hard finding beds that compare to home but this one was amazing! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Also with the concern of the bed bugs I inspected my room from floor to ceiling and there was nothing at all, this was so assuring! Finally it is walking distance to the louvre (about 15 min walk) and to place vendome which has incredible shopping. There are also some amazing restaurants close by that open late and are a very short walk like 5 mins or less, one of them was Le Cardinal that was just a 5 minute walk and AMAZING. Overall our stay was nothing short of incredible!

Rude staff, left property. Never filled up the coffee machine with water and when we used free in room water bottles to filled the coffee machine, and asked for more water, we were told that go buy it from convenience store as only two free water bottles included per stay. If we can pay for the room, we can afford to buy water, just write upfront is its not free water, guest only allowed two bottles Had stay booked at sister hotel on the other end, canceled it and going to different hotel

この値段でこのクォリティーは感動しました! ホテルもとても清潔でおしゃれでいい匂いがして安心できます。夜遅くまでドアマンが立っているので帰宅が遅くなっても安心でした。 プールもジャグジーも素晴らしいです! コンシェルジュはバレエやレストランの予約など沢山尽くしてくれました!! また泊まりたいです!

Je ne peux que vous conseiller de dormir dans cet hôtel, la décoration, le personnel, la modernité de l’établissement, les services, le spa, le petit déjeuner, la localisation, les attentions en chambre pour notre petite fille, tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, un des plus haut de gamme que j’ai pu déguster. Le spa est magnifique, les douches sensorielles très attractives, le soin carita pour mon mari était excellent. La chambre est grande et très bien équipée, nous avions un lit bébé ainsi qu’une baignoire pour notre bébé. Nous avons trouvé toute l’équipe au petit soin pour rendre ce week-end reposant et mémorable. Je ne comprends vraiment pas les mauvais avis. En espérant revenir prochainement, et plus longtemps, merci à toute l’équipe !

hotel unworthy of this standing
I forgot a luxury toiletry bag at their house and just after threatening to file a complaint, their concierge miraculously found it. I strongly recommend not to book here it's a crummy hotel that thinks it's a palace when they are able to steal your belongings and leave you to tell you to wait like a dog that he decides to please look for. Do not book here

Das Hotel ist sicher, das Zimmer war relativ ruhig. Das Restaurant ist gut. Das Bett war zu klein, der Kleiderschrank viel zu klein. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, allerdings kein 5 Sterne Hotel, eher stark Richtung 4 Sterne.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de faire ce genre de commentaire mais si tu es sure c’est que jamais de ma vie je ne retournerai dans cette hôtel totalement nuit eux ou la personne ne veut prendre de haut hôtel cinq étoiles alors que le lit était complètement sale la climatisation ne marchait pas et que je me suis réveillé à 9h du matin grâce à la mélodie d’une perceuse dans la chambre à côté de la mienne. Pour rien au monde n’allez dans cette hôtel, le quartier regorge d’hôtel de meilleure qualité. Ah oui j’oubliais quand j’ai été me plaindre, on m’a proposer le petit déjeuner lol. Alors que je l’avais déjà payer dans ma réservation. Ils sont hautains et incompétent. Je conseille largement d’aller dans un autre hôtel comme l’Opera Vivaldi qui est juste à côté.

Chaque point vient d’être partagé avec mon équipe afin qu’un correctif soit apporté sans délai, le point travaux étant toutefois une nuisance du fait de nos voisins de l’immeuble adjacent – intervenant au quotidien afin qu’ils limitent les bruits de bon matin.
