Dear Mr and Mrs Holmes, I hope you are doing fine. As I explained on the phone, we were not able to refund you as you booked a non refundable rate. On Friday morning, all my team and myself tired to find a solution and we wanted to show you another room but you refused and you prefered to leave our hotel. We tried to find the best solutions for you during your stay that you never accepted. Moreover, we were expecting you back on saturday for your 2 nights left and finally you called to say that you prefered to stay with your friends. Regarding our frangrance, we do have one that you might not appreciate but which generally, all our guest like. I still remain at your disposal if needed and I wish you a very nice day.
