"Very chic. Rooms immaculate. Outstanding breakfast. Guests need to be provided with a map - uber driver had no clear idea where to drop us off, and we spent 15 minutes finding the hotel. It then took five minutes to find someone to check us in, but he was very polite and gracious. Would definitely return when using Austerlitz station."
