The Residhotel is recognized as good for long stays, and that certainly matched my experience. The room includes a small kitchen area that allows someone to have snacks or meals at the hotel. The hotel is well located. You have a short walk to one Metro station, and a slightly longer walk to other Metro stations and RER. And if you want the shuttle to Beauvais (for Ryanair) that station is a 20 min. walk. Also, you have two laundries nearby, and a variety of small to large grocery stores. There are plenty of options nearby for eating, coffee, drinks. The Arc de Triomphe is an easy walk from the hotel, and the hotel location allows you to go to most of the important sites within a half hour (on foot and by Metro). The facility itself is clean. I was very comfortable there. The staff there were very helpful to me, with the front desk people making it their job to work out any issues I had. I'd have to agree with one of the other reviews that the facility is showing its age. There were no real problems as far as I was concerned, but some updates to furniture and appliances would make the rooms might be in order.

We had a wonderful stay. Had a warm welcome and excellent hospitality was shown as we checked in. The property is kept clean making it ideal for longer stays. We spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed our overall experience.

Love this hotel, it was safe and everyone was friendly. Most of all it was clean we received fresh towels everyday. The hotel was near everything walkable distances lots of places to eat and shop.

Check in was easy. We even got an early check in. Pierre was very helpful and available. The room was clean, spacious, and confortable with many amenities. We are very particular aboutbathrooms and this one was very hygienic. Area was safe, close to at least 2 metro stations, many restaurants, 2 laundramats and a lovely farmers market on Saturdays. Within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. We strongly recommend.

Great stay and excellent location
Great place to stay for a short holiday. Location is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette is also well resourced. Rooms can use a bit of a remodeling and we had some issues entering the front gate during one of the nights but it was quickly resolved.

Perfect Paris hotel!
The hotel is in a great location for both walking to sights and the metro. It is a small cozy hotel. It is not in a quiet area so if you looking for quiet this is not your place. The breakfast was brought to us every day and it was the same each day. But we took the baguette with us and ate it on the go. It is a perfect place to go for a lovely Paris experience! The staff is very welcoming and the location is safe! Enjoy Paris at this hotel!

The staff were so helpful and warm to us and helped us with anything we needed they were amazing!!! The hotel itself is getting dated and could do with an update but this place was well worth it to stay. Easy to access transportation. There were some cafes but not that many in the area itself. The markets were nice and close.

Loved the amenities, we checked in really late. But the front desk had left clear instructions to check in. It was really commendable. It is closer to metro, grocery market, decent walking distance to Arc du Triumph. Overall it was very good. The front desk staff were really good in communicating with u leading to the trip. Overall we had a fabulous experience.

Uncaring and unprofessional .
We were unable to take our 25th anniversary trip due to the sudden death of our 34 year old niece. The hotel initially said they wouldn’t do anything without a death certificate. One was provided several times and they have ignored us and refused to assist. No compassion. No refund. No credit to attend in the future.

Clean, comfortable & excellent location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating. Lots of local stores, bakeries and restaurants (all on the same road!) and also round the corner from a couple of metro stations which was the main thing for me while being a tourist to all the attractions. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

Big rooms, self-catering, friendly staff
Loved staying at the Residhotel. Location is good, quiet street within a 10minute walk of the Champs Elysées, and with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. The room was large, had a balcony, kitchenette, desk etc so plenty of room to spread out -- in square footage the Residhotel rooms are at least twice the size of other nearby hotels and considerably less expensive. Reception was friendly and, while we had no special requests while we stayed here, hotel staff I'm sure would have done their very best to assist. A great place to stay in Paris especially if you are looking for a self-catering option in a convenient location.

Fantastic Residential Hotel!
Residhotel is a studio-type accommodation ideal for couples & families. The room & bath were very spacious you could literally get out of bed & go straight into the kitchen for coffee! There's also a fridge & dishwasher which can be handy for those staying at least a week. The balcony is an added bonus; a quiet place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. This gated property is a hidden gem in Rue Rennequin with very good access to Metro (Ternes) and plenty of buses on either side that will take you to Arch de Triomphe, Etoile, Champs-Elysees, Les Palais des Congres to name a few. Staff are friendly & accommodating. My room got tidied up everyday & supplies topped up. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris.

The essentials were there: comfortable bed, sufficiently stocked kitchen, a good-sized room. The washroom could have been a bit cleaner, and there was a cabinet door with one hinge broken that gave the room a run-down feel. Also, the table only had two chairs but we were able to bring one in from the balcony. Overall decent value for money but could have been better.

Five stars is really not enough for this exceptional property. For less than the price of a hotel room, we got an apartment that was twice the size, with a nice balcony that we ate breakfast on every morning. Carrefour is less than a 5-minute walk, as is a wonderful bakery. We were greeted and shown to our room personally by a wonderful lady, and all of the other staff we met were just as nice, and they all spoke great English--a necessity for this non-bilingual American! The room has a hot water pot and a Nespresso machine as well as a full kitchen. When I told them the frying pan was not in good shape, it was immediately replaced with a new one. This will become my permanent vacation home in Paris. It is walking distance to Parc Monceau, the Arc de Triumph, and the Champs-Élysées, and there are some good restaurants in the area. Visiting other parts of Paris will require a tube or Uber ride, but knowing you will be returning to such a nice accommodation after a busy day of sightseeing makes not being right in the middle of everything no problem at all. Again, I can't say enough good things about the staff here. And the bed was comfortable too.

We made a booking online. Received a confirmation of the booking. We announced we come late. We came 21.35 and noone opened a door/ came to give a key. We called and gave a reservation-number. They asked to call again.we called and then nobody didn't answer the phone- anymore. We were in Paris at night with a child without a place to go. Horrible service!

Paris Studio Apartment.
I love this Paris studio apartment complex and always stay here. Unfortunately there are some obvious signs of 'wear and tear' and I hope the hotel continues to make sure its rooms are well maintained. The cancellation of the buffet breakfast which is replaced by a breakfast to the room is disappointing and not worth the money.

The girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The studios are falling apart. It's so sad. it was a wonderful property 10 years ago. No maintenance! I wish this place could be fixed since I love the location.

We loved having our own space with kitchenette. The best part however was having a balcony so we could have our breakfast (which was delivered directly to our room) and enjoy Paris's lovely climate. The staff was friendly and helpful. One day we requested two breakfasts as we would have missed breakfast for an excursion the next day, and they happily provided it so we could bring it with us. Really above and beyond. Thank you!
