Great stay for the Olympics

Great location close to Gare du Nord and East. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Reasonable breakfast too, and nice water and coffee station at reception

Perfect hotel for short break in Paris

We stayed for 2 nights and was ideal. Great location - a short walk from the Gare du Nord and not too far from the Seine. Rooms are basic but good and bathroom was very clean. Only hiccup we had was being told checkout was at 12 at the desk but someone came to our room at 10 asking us to leave. Other than that a great stay. Would recommend.

Attentive staff

The room was quite basic but very clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. Whilst the hotel itself was not the best I’ve stayed in, the staff were superb, friendly, helpful and do hardworking. The guy on reception from Guadalupe was lovely as was Madame who catered for our every need at breakfast. Lovely breakfast.

People: Staff, from reception to room attendant to breakfast buffet are all accommodating and friendly Room: Room amenities were sufficient. The AC however needs deep cleaning. The Tub was too high for elder folks to hop into and is also slippery that we had to wet our towels to step on. Accessibility of the place to all transportation is excellent. There are a lot of nearby restaurants as well.

Perfect location, nice staff, nice room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, there is a hairdryer and kettle. Breakfast was a little basic and very busy (Paris olympics) so often had to wait for refills of food/to get to the items. The room was nice and spacious but no fridge and light in the corridor shone underneath the door all night with no way to turn it off. Would stay here again, it’s lovely for central Paris 3* hotel and perfect for a city break- you know what you’re getting.

Hi, My room was the 205 (ground floor) and it was a bit old and many things were broken, suck the toilet door and the cabinet. I also want to mention that from 6h45 you can hear the underground passing underneath your bed. Breakfast room was small and busy, so difficult to get a table to eat.

The room was large and clean. I had a very quiet room. Stuff helpful. I had a personal welcome note in my hotel room which was very nice. Close to the metro station. Less than 20min walk to Montmartre. Perfect for a short stay in Paris.

Nice hotel

Hotel is very easy to get to, very warm welcome on arrival and room had your basic needs. Hair dryer needs updating as it does little to no drying. One improvement would be to offer English tea. Only tea on offer was fruit tea. Buffet breakfast was perfect for what we needed

Such horrifically poor value it felt like extortion. Bed was uncomfortable. All very basic. Corridors etc super dingy. No chance we would stay here again.
