Room was very clean, but the shower is a quite small; overall is great for single travellers. Staff were very helpful and you’re able to store your luggage before check in and after check out! Location is relatively close to the train station, definitely walkable. There is a gym on site, but I did not have a chance to visit.

Great location, small space
Smack in the middle of the city it was waking distance to the public transit stations. Room was too small with 4 bunk beds and literally no space to move. Same with the miniature toilet. However the common area in lobby was comfortable especially when no one os using the common kitchen

A birdcage of a room
Dirty stained carpets in hallways. Tiny Elevator, that can take one person and a bag or two, starts from 2nd floor and only go up to 5th. If you are on the 6th floor like us, it would suck. Bathroom has a 8in diameter sink, and shower so small that it is impossible to take shower there. We had a room with 4 bunk beds. Not enough floor space for more than a couple of small luggage, let alone any walking space. We had to stay for just 1 night to take a train from Gare du Bird to Airport the next morning, we just needed a place to sleep for 6 hours. Otherwise this is not a place to stay with family unless you are on a tight budget. Front desk staff was nice. It wasn't his fault that the room was so small. I am angry at hotel mgmnt for not sharing that elevator doesn't cover all floors.

Great location! Honest, friendly staff. Warm room
The hotels great and in a great location. The staff is friendly and the cleaning staff is super honest. I left my iPhone behind in the room after check out and my cleaning lady turned it in which I really appreciated. The only thing negative I would say is that if you are accustomed to AC Summers can be pretty warm at night. I don’t know if we have to request to turn on the AC or maybe my roommates didn’t have the window open, regardless keep that in mind.

Charming, clean lots of amenities
This is probably my fourth times staying here! It’s a great place close to one of the touristy areas in France but has a more local hip neighborhood feel. If you are social, traveling alone and need a no frills place to crash where you can do laundry, get a workout in or need to use WiFi for work or school this is your place for sure.

Very gross Hotel - but convenient for the train
This hotel was very gross - the carpet had multiple stains and issues, it was dusty - I basically didn't want to touch anything in the room. There was an elevator and A/C - so that was good. But not very clean, and very outdated.

Did not meet expectations
The photos were not representative of the two rooms I saw. I was disatisfied with the first so asked to see a second. I understand it's a budget hotel but the carpets were in rough shape and the walls were thin. The room condition made me thoroughly check the bedding, which was clean. Wifi was spotty and there was only one outlet in the room, making charging devices a chore. On the plus side, AC worked okay given the overnight temps, and luggage storage before check in and after check out were free and easy. Did not utilize room service but the staff was nice enough.

Good choice Paris hostel

Amazing balcony and view! Very nice reception. Perfect distance from train station in and out of Paris, as well as close proximity to metro for ease of travel towards downtown Paris.

A pleasant stay
A pleasant stay overall. Just note that the each elevator stop serves 2 floors and it’s max for 4 persons. We are thankful for luggage storage service because we are able to roam Paris before our check-in time. Staff are helpful. Will stay again.

This hotel is terrible, a total ripoff... I booked for 2 nights for 4 people (2adults and 2 small kids) but we only stayed for one night because: 1. They have very tight and useless elevator for me to use it to carry my luggages and stroller on the 3rd floor ( not counting the main floor) 2. The room is too small and Bathroom is too tight it’s hard to move around. 3. There are NO TOWELS! You have to go down by the reception and they’ll tell you to rent it for €2.50 each. 4. THEY DONT PROVIDE SOAPS AND SHAMPOO which is very very disappointing, I asked the receptionist and he to me that I have to go out and buy it from the grocery store. I never been to a hotel that doesn’t provide soap and shampoo and especially towels! 5. The carpet floor looks too dirty!It was vacuumed but it’s full of stains and it feels sticky. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! And Expedia, you should have inform us about this so we could select other hotels!

This place is disgusting!!! I have to use a wheelchair, I can walk a little and this place was the worst. The elevator only came in between floors, I had to walk the stairs which was very difficult for me. the hallways were so narrow that not one could help me walking next to me to get to my room. The carpet was filthy, beyond fixing or cleaning! It was late when we arrived and the neighborhood was awful so we had to stay the night. The only good thing was that when my family complaint because the room was awful, filthy and so small that we felt claustrophobic to the point of getting physically ill they put us in a different room that they call it luxurious and even thought it was better it didn't have anything that can be called luxurious.

Worst place I had ever been to. Motel 6 is a palace next to this. Disgusting carpets, everything looks old and dirty. DO NOT consider this place at all. Rude staff. I would have to be drugged to stay here. Bathroom was half way decent. NEVER again. They accommodate other people in your room. Please be aware!, Awful experience.

One good thing about i, it's close to the subway station other than that the room is small and smelled bad as if someone thrown up in it the stairs are too small and the electricity outlet was far away from the bed

The room and bathroom were VERY cramped, welcome to Paris. Each bed has a light and USB plugs which is great. No soap in the bathroom. The shower was so tiny I think I hit myself a few times, and I am a small person, but the shower water was hot, which is good. There are water heaters in the kitchen and mugs to use. This is close to the Anvers station, and this area is a poorer part of town despite the Sacre Coeur being right there. So BEWARE, because it was on the Anvers station going into town where I got pickpocketed. They were able to hold my luggage after check out. TV in the nice common area. There’s an English-speaking pharmacy nearby and Franprix next door. Know which side of the street the hostel is on because it will help you find it.

Bed Bugs!!
Everything was smaller than expected including the stairway and elevator. Literally only two people would fit in the elevator with luggage. When we got to our room it looked ok but then I saw small strands of hair on the bed. I continued inspecting the bed and saw a live bed bug on the pillow. Needless to say, I was disgusted and quickly reported it to management. We ended up just staying at a different hotel to ensure we didn’t have any unwelcomed guests with us. Management was understanding and fully refunded our money. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter where you stay, always check for crawlers!

The cleanest prison in Paris
We books for a "normal room" for a couple and we have been assigned to the 4 bed bedroom with bunk beds, looking like inside a prison, clean and depressive, the bathroom was freshly renovated, clean, with no towels, no soap, nothing... you have to pay an extra to get some and we haven't been informed, at our arrival.

The guy in the reception is terible, for 0.6 cents he asked me to go out an get it and I had only my credit cards with me and it was by night... That’s really bad, I really didn’t like the experience.
