"Spacious rooms and tidy place. You will meet the cutest and friendliest cat in the lobby my daughters had great fun playing with. There was a small incidental omission on part of the management and they insisted on providing rent free room for the next 24 hrs and would not accept payment. Very nice people. "

"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

"I didn’t like the breakfast buffet, it caters to local Malays & Chinese. Also, within walking distance I couldn’t find a good clean restaurant. I liked the fact that they have a shuttle to Queensberry mall, which is a happening place. And the hotel is close to the airport. These facts makes this hotel good value for money."
