Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

In all my travels around the world for years, this is the first hotel that i have experienced all the staff giving warm, hospitable smiles and greetings whenever you walk by them, irregardless of what their job is or they are doing. From the pick up at the airport to the time that we left, I really enjoyed the excellent service, facilities and hospitality in this classy beach resort hotel.

The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor. The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

The location is perfect, at the heart of the city, walkable distance to all places of interest. Main thing to look forward to were the staff that were super hospitable! Extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating and giving guidance every step of the way and they were very quick too!

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Excellent stay, nice bed, update and clean roomms

Great hotel to stay at while transiting through KL. Is a short walk from KLIA1 or there are little buggies that will take you. The hotel is clean, beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious. If you want to go into KL you can buy a return ticket on the KLI Espres train. Cost about 90, 000 RM but gets you into the city in 30 minutes. The only downside this time at the hotel was that the pool at the hotel was undergoing maintenance and closed at 7:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here...

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.
