"The room itself was very nice and clean, and the breakfast area was also well maintained. One highlight was the fun pancake machine—definitely worth trying. However, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, which could be inconvenient for some guests. While most areas were clean, the hallway carpet was in serious need of cleaning and stood out in contrast to the rest of the property. On the plus side, the parking lot was clean, well lit, and the location offered easy walking access to nearby attractions."

"customer service at the front desk needs definitely to be addressed . A few of the ladies need to understand that your customer needs are always come first and the customer is always right. You work around that even if you think they’re wrong."
