"We booked two rooms. One for our son and one for my husband and myself. The hotel overall felt dirty - I had a towel that appeared clean but smelled so dirty. My son had no soap. The bathroom looked like it had splash marks all over the back of the door - I can only imagine what it was. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the gym, hot tub and sauna. We liked the ease of parking and proximity to the village."

"Fantastic hotel. All rooms included a full kitchen with pots, dishes etc. Free shuttle in and out of Whistler Village. We parked our car in the hotel and took the shuttle everywhere! We even bought groceries and ate in dinner and breakfast! Hotel had a heated pool and hot tub both of which were very popular. High recommend this place!!!"

"Being right by the lift, the room is a little beat up furniture/carpet wise. As you would expect. That said, it is impeccably clean and they were very service oriented and even allowed me an extra hour to check out (extenuating circumstances). The hot tub on the balcony was lovely and also very clean / I would not hesitate to book a holiday here with my family. The location (and convenience) plus hot tub and having a full kitchen would make this a no brainer. "
