The room was a good size and nice to have 2 bathrooms if you have more people. The location was awesome and central. The front desk girl I spoke to on the phone and manager were apologetic and provided compensation for having to wait for our room, which was appreciated. Would stay here again!

My daughter and I had a nice one day stay at the hotel. The room was large and very clean and well furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, and the ski storage was convenient. The location was the best, very close to the gondolas and super convenient access to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing. Early parking access was a plus. Our room was available before check in was a plus. The resort itself could use an update but overall the room was great. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. To have two bathrooms and a sauna in the room was a bonus. The location was fantastic. Amazing location, spacious suite with a jacuzzi and a full kitchen, also comes with two fireplaces which was a nice surprise. The suite was very comfortable and cozy, it felt like we could stay there long-term. Pool and hot tub were open but we didn’t get a chance to try them because it was raining, so next time! Would love a mountain view, but couldn’t complain. Would highly recommend staying here.

Although the rooms seem to be in need of a good deep clean, the property itself is good for value and location. The heated pool and hot tub is a perfect treat after a day on the slopes. The loft suite has a private sauna & kitchenette. And the staff are great. I just encourage the owners to give the rooms a thorough clean. It is needed.
