What a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to the Presidential Suite after the 3 of us finished the RBC Granfondo. The staff were excellent, helped us with our bikes, and couldn’t do more for us. Thank you so much.

We had a good stay at Mountainside Hotel. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really appreciated having a kitchenette, and the beds were comfy. The hallways did have a noticeable musty smell, but thankfully this was not an issue at all inside our room. Overall, the room was much nicer and roomier than we expected, and we were happy with our stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you really can’t beat the location!

Rooms were clean. Beds were good. Building is under construction which is fine but doesn’t state that anywhere when booking. I don’t mind but I think they should be upfront with people. I literally dropped our bags and used it for sleeping nothing else so it didn’t matter to me. Price should also reflect that the building is under construction. Elevators broken No wifi Neve been to a hotel that never let check in a little bit before the allotted time. I went in at 3pm and where like no not available until 4pm.
