"Just arrived back from Cyprus. Overall hotel was good, but there were some things that stopped it being excellent. 1. When being booked in we did not have put on our room full board . This had a very poor experience when we went for evening meal.We gave our room number to be told we don't have full board. We had to show our booking showing this was paid for . I then had to go to reception to get resolved. This still was not fully done as the next day I was told we had half board . Again I had to email the management to get fully resolved. This should not of happened if our booking was completed correctly. Because of this we were not explain the full board experience. 2.Electric in our room tripped on night one when we switched on lights in the evening. Reception had to call maintenance to resolve. We had the issue the next evening as it happened again , lucky I seen what the maintenance guy did in trip box and resolved myself. 3. Shelve by safe was unusable with the power plugs as there is a wooden section at back of shelve stopping you putting plug in for kettle. We had to move across to main side table to use 4. No little table to use in main room with tv . We had to take one from balcony to use . 5.Food - Breakfast average . Food luke warm , limited cereal for diabetics Lunch time , Food very good Fresh made . Great value with the full board Evening, Average food across the week . We had the Executive Suites. Lovely touches across the week with wine,nuts etc"

"Booked Adams Beach Resort as we love Cyprus and decided to try somewhere else. The location and hotel are great, on the beach and with plenty of pools and places to eat. We booked a deluxe room in the adult only section of the hotel which has its own pool, which was great for us. The room was nice but felt as though it was at the end of a long season of use, which it was so no real issues there. We booked half board and in all honesty we wouldn't book half board again. The only place you can eat as a half board resident is the main buffet which was pretty samey to be fair with not a whole lot of flavour and there were no drinks included in the half board package. If we were to visits Adams Beach again we would only book B&B as there are plenty of great choices within an easy walk from the hotel. The real standout of our stay were the Glasshouse, a sixth floor restaurant which was THE best place I have eaten in Cyprus EVER. In terms of people who made the holiday amazing they were Era, who is one of the chefs in the Atlantic breakfast room. She was great at looking after us as my wife is gluten free so she always had options for us and just had a really nice way about her and also Livia in the Sushi bar, next to the pool. Would we stay here again, yes."

"Had a fantastic stay at the Faros Hotel, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great and the pool very relaxing. We went in the peak weeks of August and what impressed me was that we had no problems getting 6 sun loungers at 9 in the morning. Can’t wait to go back."
