We were whisked from the airport in a Merc that came with WiFi and refreshments. Check-in was an ultimate breeze as they had 4 staff and 2 buggies waiting at the lobby to bring us and our luggage immediately to our room - it didn’t take any longer than 5 mins as they did everything in the room!
Dinner was perfect after our long flight. We were happy with all our meals at the hotel.
Spa was amazing! Hotel guests can enjoy jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna free, and we regretted not spending...

Feels like a top class hotel downstairs.. Security guards and porters were always at standby at the gate, bustling lobby with plenty of service staff around. Nice rooftop level view and gym access. Very spacious rooms, furniture a little old but never an issue. On two occasions we tried to walk out the front gate, we were called back by security guards 'worrying for our safety'. Once was in broad daylight and we thought it was rather unnecessary.

The hotel is small, but with well appointed rooms. The shower in room 3 was tiny tho. Hotel has a nice restaurant and a very good breakfast. However, if you order aiport transfer confirm before your flight cos somehow they forgot to arrange transfer and it was a long cold wait at the airport. Super unpleasant after a very long flight.

We were upgraded to a suite, and loved it’s beautiful interior design and the amenities. The check-in was fuss-free, the hotel staff were very helpful. We were driven in the complimentary hotel limousine to pick up our rental car from Avis Car Rental in Hyatt Regency. The hotel staff valet-parked our rental car, and helped us with our check-out and loaded our bags in the rental car. The English Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was delicious. We would definitely stay at 54 on Bath...

My wife and I stayed at Park Hyatt Johannesburg during our honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. With only 31 rooms, the hotel offers a truly intimate and exclusive atmosphere that feels more like a private luxury residence than a traditional hotel.
The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make our honeymoon special and surprised us with a thoughtful honeymoon cake in our room, which was a lovely gesture...
