"Older hotel that shows its age, but that isn’t a complaint, it is part of its charm. Quirky collection of furniture and decor. Great location and very friendly staff. No A/C, but that is not a surprise for a hotel of this age in Europe. A fan was provided within the room and, although the weather was pretty hot, it’s a dry heat and temps dropped with the sun and it was comfortable. "

All the food was lovely and the 2 Michelin star restaurant was as it should be great food , great service working like clockwork…the owner Mr Nasti and his wife were always around which is nice and sets the high standards they achieve…the historic town of Kaysersberg is well worth a visit..beautiful. "We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. With advanced notice, we arrived late and we were able to get the key to our apartment through the lockbox near the office. The apartment was very spacious for my family of 5. What was really nice was being able to park in a designated space right in front of the entrance which made bringing in luggage very easy. They also gave us a late check out since we arrived late which we appreciated. My kids enjoyed the onsite playground before we left. "
