"Hotel was in a very convenient location close to the metro as well as many bakeries and restaurants that we tried several of! The room itself was quite clean and nicely decorated. We ordered breakfast in the room one day to eat on the patio and it was fantastic as well as convenient. Staff were helpful and cleaned the room more than once during our stay. Fantastic little spot to explore from and return back to each day!"

"The staff very helpful, location of the property was excellent as lots of tourist spots were approx 15 mins away. Breafast buffet was plentiful with wide choices of items. Porto is beautiful city, however it is hilly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. These qualities alone almost make me want to give the hotel a perfect 10. There were, however, a couple of minor disappointments. The gym was quite small and lacked sufficient equipment for a hotel of this caliber. I was able to get my workouts in, but I wish the facility had been larger and better equipped. I was also supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, which unfortunately arrived only on my last evening. In addition, it was a bottle of Porto. While appreciated, a bottle of red or white wine would have felt more practical and enjoyable for most guests than a full bottle of sweet fortified wine. That said, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would certainly consider staying here again."

"We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Jaguar Oporto. The best part of the visit was the customer service from the time we reserved our room. We signed up for the free shuttle to and from the airport...there wasn't a single complication. Our room was terrific and the bed was great! The breakfast buffet provided a nice variety to start the day. The people in the breakfast area were helpful and ever so pleasant...another great way to start the day! If we return to Porto, Hotel Jaguar will definitely be a place to stay! Thank you to all of the staff of Hotel Jaguar Oporto!"

"We arrived in OPO Airport around 7am, took the Metro directly to Trindade Station and walked 10 minutes to the hotel. After checked-in, we stored our carry-ons and went out to walk around the city. We returned around 12 noon, our room was ready, the room was clean and roomy with 2 windows, 2 twin beds, a small table and chair. The bathroom also room with a big shower, the water pressure was really good but it can use a much bigger shower head. A big screen TV and lots of charging outlets... Kettle/coffee/tea/sugar supplied BUT NO milk powder...we wanted to buy some milk but NO mini fridge to store. Breakfast was really good with different items offered, not the same thing everyday. All staffs were friendly and the breakfast staffs were really fast and efficient. Lots of shops and food places nearby also a good size shopping mall. Walkable to lots of tourist hot spots. Will stay again..."
