"It's a shame we only spent one night in this lovely hotel. The staff were amazing, ready to assist and provide helpful hints. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was right in the middle of town. Easy access everywhere. Will definitely stay again nex time we visit Porto."

"Luiz at the front desk was amazingly compassionate, kind, and helpful. We arrived with a big problem to solve and he was instrumental in the solution. The location is very central, across from the Cathedral, but even on the second floor noise was not a problem. The room faces west and sunsets over the city were beautiful from our windows."

"We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about this hotel, the staff were truly amazing and we had some lovely conversations with them. We will definitely be back."
