"Location,location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops,coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have. "

"The place is well located, the room smelled soo bad in the bathroom from the floor drainage, the sofa had multiple stains, one there was no hot water in the shower and 2 out of 4 nights we were the the pool (if it can be called that because it was pretty small) was closed one day for maintenance and one day for cleaning. The parking was ok but not on the place, a block and a half away. There was practically no lobby or common areas, Overall was ok for just go crashing at night but feels more like motel/loft than a hotel as advertised"

"Hotel was very well lcosted but amenities not that nice, the rooftop was woth garbage over the floor, the breakfast as just a messy place to be, and the option were very limited. For the price you can get better hotels around."

"Wonderful experience!! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! The rooms could use some updating, but the staff totally made up for it, Guillermo, in particular. I had the misfortune of breaking my leg near the end of our trip, and not only did Guillermo actually help my husband carry me to our room, but the staff brought us some crutches, a shower seat, and a cooler full of ice. Later, my husband went down and ordered our dinner from the kitchen, and they offered to bring it to our room. Even before that happened we were very impressed. The breakfast was very good with tables set by the pool in a covered patio. Bed was very comfortable. Great location near Plaza Grande which has a very warm family-oriented vibe. Very highly recommend!"

"You get coffee packet for first night only, so if ur a coffee drinker, be prepared. Everything else is good!!! Food is grrreat!!! Service is great! Rooms r clean."
