"Due to a mishap with our bus we got to the hotel very late, the receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to get us a taxi and stayed late to let us in. The breakfast was simple but nice and included in the price of the stay."
"Rooms are clean, spacious enough and the cleaners do a fab job. Not too far from ski-area lifts too. However, it’s all a little tired and our ‘triple room’ was a double with a squeezed in extra bed that didn’t align to the wall and lights. There was one wardrobe and a lack of hooks to hang up anything in the room other than in the small bathroom. Definitely need more hooks on walls. When we stayed there, end of January, was lots of teens/younger crew, which almost made it feel a bit youth...

Excellent location to the slopes 1 min walk through the cut through, lockers for ski equipment and the spa is small but is great after a full day skiing/boarding. The hotel is lovely, some rooms dated both types of bathrooms are shown in pics. Hotel was clean, staff were very lovely and helpful especially Gerorgina (in housekeeping, always happy and smiling) and Phillippe on the bar/restaurant lovely and chatty. 1 receptionist...
