"We chose this hotel because of its location to LAX and its amenities such as airport shuttle and breakfast. We ended up using neither as the timing in the morning was not conducive to our schedule. The shuttle only ran every 40 minutes and there were a lot of folks and a lot of bags waiting for it so I called uber and avoided the whole mess. The room was good, clean and quiet. We’d stay there again."

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"I had to stay unexpectedly due to weather related flight delays and cancellations in Dallas. I was able to book this hotel once I got on the plane, take a free shuttle from the airport, receive a genuinely kind welcome, sleep beautifully, and get up at 4am, catching the free shuttle back to the airport without issues!"

"This hotel was so friendly, clean, and the staff were very helpful . We arrived 3 hours before our check in and the staff checked us with no delay. Their airport shuttle service was on point . It’s a busy area since the hotel is next tot he hotel the traffic was busy bit that common things in LA ."
