"Everything was great and view of the room was excellent, only bad thing one valley staff ask me if I needed help I asked him simply question and then aviod me or called left me hanging there like i wasn't talking to him or something and wasn't personal question or discomfort question. I'm just one of people who u start conversation finish conversation and finish it with simply answer or say excuse me and I'll get back to you or simple I cant help you with that; just that kinda bother or was little rude the ignorance of a probably common question to park a car."

10/10 Excellent
"Staff was very attentive, it was at a very convenient place to be able to do multiple things in north LA for the weekend. Unfortunately it was inconvenient that 2 of the elevators were down (1 near the lobby and the main one in the parking) It's not the most fancy hotel, but it was worth the price we paid. The Cafe had a solid selection of breakfast, price was also nothing crazy, plus it being right there made it worth it. Another positive is the location is also near the Burbank Town Center, which is a pretty sizable mall, that you could even walk to if your up for it. I can say I would plan to stay here again if I were to be planning my trip for north LA/Burbank/Hollywood"
