"Bologna Suite has everything I look for - super clean, residential neighborhood located near the city center. It was a quiet. The bed was comfortable. The towels soft. The kitchen had all the necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and prosecco! communication was easy. The owner was very flexible and helpful. Good instructions left in the room. Hot water and shower amenities. A great stay!"

"Central location in Old Town Bologna. This apartment is in the university area. The benefits are the charming surroundings; the drawbacks the noise in the streets in the evening and night from lots of partying students. The apartment and furniture are not new but functional. Communication with the landlord is through WhatsApp, so make sure you have that available and turned on."

"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."
