"AVOID! Owner canceled our prepaid accommodation 3 hours prior to arrival leaving us stranded without accommodation apparently due to damage incurred from previous tenant. Owner texted us an image of a brown toilet but refused to meet us and ignored phone calls. We ended up taking a hotel across the street. At least the Owner did promptly refund our payment, which however did not cover the increased cost of the last-minute hotel."

Tuvimos que encontrar un número de teléfono y llamar al dueño o administrador (no sabemos quien es). "The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

"Bologna Suite has everything I look for - super clean, residential neighborhood located near the city center. It was a quiet. The bed was comfortable. The towels soft. The kitchen had all the necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and prosecco! communication was easy. The owner was very flexible and helpful. Good instructions left in the room. Hot water and shower amenities. A great stay!"

"The service, staff and concept was excellent. I really appreciated the free laundry machines, but it was disappointing that many of the dryers were dirty. The location was close to the station in terms of distance, but it was on the opposite side where there was nothing around. At night the neighborhood felt a little uneasy, as there were some people shouting and arguing nearby."

"When we arrived at the properly we were a bit worried if the area would be safe as a single woman travelling with a child as there were a few people lingering outside. When entering the properly I was greeted warmly by very professional and friendly staff. The decor was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was superb. The room was clean and so comfortable. The area was very close to great attractions in la Rambla. We didn’t have any problems with the hotel or surrounding area and felt safe walking to and from the hotel. "

"Check in took a little while but the cruise line just got in and a bunch of us were all there around the same time. The rooms are like little apartments. The bed was comfy but the couch bed was like sleeping in a rock. Overall great value for the couple days we were there. I highly recommend the restaurant Snoopy within walking distance, we ate there every day it was so good! "
