The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The room was all wood finishes. The breakfast was great and Nick explained the area and some finer points. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but it would be especially nice for young families. The hotel has a nice pool and a play ground. Five Stars"

"The front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. Valentina, Enrico and Asia were truly wonderful.. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the lake was truly amazing from a great balcony.. Breakfast was perfect and the dining staff was as lovely and pleasant as everyone else we met..
