Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a place to come back to and sleep in NYC. Another plus is they have a luggage hold after check out if your train/flight isn’t until later. Overall, a great stay and would stay again.

Last minute stay. Great location and nice room. Overall clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Rooms are clean, great location, doormen are super friendly, but that is where it ends. Concierge seemed like we were bothering them. We weren’t even asking them to make reservations but where to grab something around the hotel while we were waiting on our room. “Oh there’s lots of places”….. staff at front desk were not helpful with questions. I had a couple of early work calls that came up that I was hoping to do outside of our suite so my wife and daughter could sleep. Asked about using a meeting room that I knew was empty and they told me that I would have to do it from my room. There are lots of other properties near here that we will choose from next time.
