Nice hotel, close to big shopping complex & beach
Hotel staff very helpful, they even organised day tours for us .. Troy cafe is good too for a quick meal.

Budget hotel with budget facilities
Its a budget hotel with decent facilities according to price. Rooms had minimal amenities but were cleaned daily. Cafe had good food and the person at the reception was generally responsive. The hotel has no lift. Many shops are at walking distance.

Convenient and Clean Hotel
The room is spacious, very comfortable. We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. Mr Tony and wife is very warmth and helpful, and also Husein, night shift staff. There is no elevator in the hotel, but that's fine for backpackers.

The guest house was nice but had no one to help us with our luggage going up the stairs or down then, the area was noisy all you heard were bikes going pass on the street in front of the guest house other than that Troy was very nice, kind staff, clean rooms, good size of rooms and the staff understand English which helps a lot

Great quality for money!
Good quality hotel for money, great service and friendly staff. Only shortcoming is its location on a fairly busy street (not the fault of the hotel). Not ideal for light/early sleepers, but great value for money. Fitness equipment is fantastic also!

Good and then bad
I stayed at Troy Guest House twice. First time was really good, the room was much better than I expected (it's quite a cheap deal). Clean sheets to swanky interiors. So I go a second time and it was really bad, the room was much worse than I expected. Damp room (because of the rains). The room had a weird smell. Later learned all the good rooms are only in the front.

It was a clean basic room however one for the staff members were extremely rude. She was an older Thai/Asian woman. she was demanding and rude. The other staff were great and accomadating.

The room were clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and super amazing . The owner was a gem of a person . Always there to help you with anything . Would always visit here whenever in patong . Thank you troy for the wonderful experience.

not close to beach at all.
The hotel room was clean. If I ask them, they will clean it. For every small things like soap, free drinking water, I have to come down several times and ask in the counter. The staffs are only downstairs. No intercom in room to communicate staff. In lower price, there are so many good hotels nearby. I did a mistake. I gave money but could not enjoy the staying in hotel.

The hotel is little bit old, the room is quite tiny without windows. Close to Patong beach and shopping mall. Very good service from the hotel staff, they helped you to plan the trip and reserved the bookings.

Bonjour, Je tiens vraiment à donner mon avis sur cette hôtel car je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux vu les photos et les descriptions. C'est un hotel maximum 2 étoiles !!!! Les chambres plus simple que dans cette hotel j'en ai jamais vu. Quant au repas, ils ont une carte avec plusieurs pages mais ils font que 2-3 menus sur une quarantaine qu'ils propose. Le déjeuner n'existe pas du tout dans cette hotel donc oubliez le déjeuner

Das Hotel befindet sich ca 10 zu Fuß vom Strand. Bangla road - 15 min. Von draußen sieht es nicht besonders aus, aber mein Zimmer war überraschend gross. Die Leute waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ursprünglich für 2 Nächte gebucht, um zu testen, und bin am Ende 5 geblieben. Es ist kein großer Luxus, aber für den Preis von unter 30 Euro ein ganz gutes Deal.

God beliggenhed, dårlige værelser
Havde bestilt to værelser, et standard og et deluxe. Standard værelset havde kun enkeltmandsseng - hvilket også havde været fint hvis det ikke havde været for den gennemtrængende lugt af mug og fugt. Eneste vindue var ud til hotelgangen og meget småt. Deluxe værelset var pænt - men udsigten var direkte ind i muren/værelset på den anden side - kun en meters penge fra altankanten. Til højre kun vi kigge lidt ud og ned i en baggård der sværmede med rotter. Vi vil ikke besøge Troy igen.

Günstiges Guesthouse mitten in Paton
Der fast unschlagbar günstige Preis bietet noch ein Fitnessbereich sowie Frühstücksbuffet. Das Frühstück fällt zwar eher Mager aus, aber für den Preis in Ordnung.

Its a good choice
The staff is friendly and the cleaners do a good job. The gym is great lots of weights and cardio machines. The price is good for what they deliver. Only issue would be the side cafe.. the lights are usually off and atmosphere is not very cozy. actually kinda like a dungeon. They should spruce that up a bit and get more people eating and drinking coffee there. Wifi is good.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 7 jours j'arrivais de krabi ou j'ai passé 3 jours dans un hôtel impeccable... J'ai vraiment été déçu de la chambre et du côté pratique.. On avait vu sur une autre chambre avec 1m entre nous...la fenêtre ne fonctionnait pas on a du changer de chambre...dans la salle de bain il n'y a pas d'endroit ou poser ses affaires de toilettes donc obligé de les déplacer à chaque fois... Les chambres sont mal insonorisées on entend les climatiseurs qui sont à l'extérieur...je ne le conseille pas pour les couples ...mais si vous êtes juste de passage et que vous voulez être proche de patong ...

친절하고 객실 또한 깨끗합니다.
직원분이 무척 밝고 친절하게 대해주셔서 고마웠습니다. 객실 또한 깨끗해서 좋았고요. 다만 약간의 소음이 있네요. 그리고 빠통 비치와 약간의 거리가 있습니다만 근처에 오토바이 렌트할곳이 많아 별 문제는 없었어요. 직원분이 무척 친절하셨어요.
